My fee for treatment is $250 for a 50-minute session and some limited availability of a sliding scale, with assessments billed on an individual basis.
I generally expect payment at the end of each session. For assessment, I may bill in installments and/or final invoice with the report. I expect payment for assessments at the time the report is provided.
As a registered psychologist, I am covered by most insurance plans that provide for psychological services. I would expect direct payment from you at the time of billing, with subsequent re-imbursement to you from your insurer.
